As the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day approach, we would like to inform you of our holiday arrangements in advance so that you can plan accordingly.
Our office will observe the following schedule:
Mid-Autumn Festival: Closed from Friday, September 25 to Sunday, September 27, 2026. We will be open as usual from Monday, September 28 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026.
National Day: Closed from Thursday, October 1 to Wednesday, October 7, 2026. Normal business operations will resume on Thursday, October 8, 2026.
During the holiday period, our team will have limited access to emails and phone calls. We kindly ask you to submit any time-sensitive inquiries or orders before Thursday, September 24, or by Wednesday, September 30, so that we can address them prior to the holiday. Any messages received during the closure will be reviewed and responded to in the order received once we return.
