Tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine hydrochloride
TCEP hydrochloride is a novel reducing agent and deprotecting agent for thiolated DNA. Compared to DTT, it can more effectively reduce dehydroascorbic acid at low pH. It belongs to the trialkyl phosphine class.
Commonly used as a pharmaceutical intermediate and chemical reagent; reducing agent, and buffer.
